Terms of Service – FahrCoach Waitlist

Welcome to FahrCoach. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply only to the FahrCoach pre-launch waitlist located at fahrcoach.app (the “Site”). By submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

The Site allows interested users to join a waitlist to receive updates and notifications about the upcoming FahrCoach mobile application. No purchase, account, or paid service is offered at this stage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to sign up. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must register on your behalf.

3. Information You Provide

When you join the waitlist, you may provide:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Swiss canton of residence

You confirm that this information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

4. Communications

By joining, you consent to receive:

• Launch notifications when the FahrCoach app becomes available for download
• Early-access invitations or beta surveys
• Occasional product updates before launch

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

5. No Contractual Obligation

Joining the waitlist does not create a commercial or employment relationship, nor does it guarantee future access to the app or any feature.

All text, graphics, and trademarks appearing on this Site are owned or licensed by FahrCoach and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” FahrCoach makes no warranties about its operation or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FahrCoach is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or functionality. The revised date above will always show the latest version.
